These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between herkulbet and all of its members. By using the herkulbet website or app, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.

Date of birth is verified at the time of account creation. The KYC process requires confirmation of age via a National ID card or birth certificate. If an underage user creates an account and is identified during verification, the account will be closed immediately.

• If a bet cannot be processed due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.

• During live betting, if odds change due to a delay in decision-making, herkulbet may process the bet at the updated odds.

Herkulbet sets odds for sporting events regularly and fairly. If incorrect odds are displayed due to an obvious technical error, herkulbet reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the relevant amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on herkulbet:

Violating these rules may result in herkulbet closing the account and forfeiting the balance without prior notice.

Herkulbet may suspend or terminate an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Extended inactivity of more than 12 months.
• At the member's own request.
• By order of a legal or regulatory authority.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Please ensure any valid balance is withdrawn before the account is closed.
